One thing to remember is that we provide solutions to almost all of your procurement needs based on our decade long internatioanl trade experience.

Let me explain further as so many people get entangled with this question.

A factory with internal marketing and sales team will always put the costs of such a departement in the product costs.

1. We support low MOQ.

We position 1stopmerch in serving the small and medium distributors by providing low MOQs. 100-200 pics are the MOQ for most of our products

2. We provide 1 on 1 service to our clients.

We assign a product specialist specifically to follow each of our clients, answering questions and coordinating all the works during the whole process.

All empolyees in 1stopmerch have been industry-specifically trained and are with language expertise. You won’t feel any commmunication barrier when placing order.

3. We highly emphasize quality inspection

Mass production always require careful quality inspection to ensure our clients have the right products. We sent images or mail the parcel to our clients for real touch in sample and mass production stage to avoid any potential error.

4.  We provide cost-competitive pricing.

We never compete based on “lowest price” strategy but we do care the price. We do our best to give enough margin to our clients for them to gain success locally.

We use professional way, meaning more products in less space to pack products, which can be sent via air freight which is faster, or shipping which is cheaper but slower.

30% prepayment and full payment before shipping. More generous payment clause is negotiable if we build enough friendship 🙂
